We represent individuals, companies, charities and FSBs in all types of commercial litigation. We act for plaintiffs and defendants (and convened affected third parties).
We have extensive experience in applications before the Royal Court of Jersey, hearings and obtaining and defending commercial injunctions. We also attend mediations and take part in other methods of ADR.
Advocate Franckel is instructed to represent the Law Society in assisting members of the public who make complaints as to the conduct of Jersey Advocates. In 2020 he was appointed to the Senior Lawyers’ panel of the Guernsey Chambre de Discipline, which considers matters of conduct of members of the Guernsey Bar.
