Claire is a UK qualified specialist planning & environmental lawyer. She joined Franckel Law in June 2021, having previously been in-house counsel for a Channel Islands private bank, and before that working in the Property Team at Ogier.

Claire has over 20 years’ experience as a planning & environmental lawyer working in the UK and 8 years in the Channel Islands, both in-house and in private practice.

She advises individuals, local businesses, trusts, intermediaries, and the Government of Jersey on planning and environmental matters of every size and complexity.
